There is no career here, leave alone growth...its a political hotbed of corruption, deceit and the powers that be are all hands in glove to fix the poor and innocent

Dislikes

The culture of hardwork is non existent. HR Manager is practising preacher and is off to the Church while on duty, while the entire HR team lounges in the cafeteria

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
