Pl don't join this company at any cost still if you don't have any other option, there are so much Politics in this company, all HOD'S behave like they are MD of the company, they are not helpful and not supportive, they force you to work after working hours and on weekends, HR Head Mr. Dixit take all original documents from you andthen only he gives you offer letter and force you to make bond and he never give Original documents to you. Toxic culture company, you always stay in the company, if you ready to join this company you have to face divorce with your wife, not give time to spend with your family, no sleep, you have to work 24*7, don't choose this company.

Work people don't have any knowledge, full of Indian and Korean politics, extreme work pressure, but no support from your team, team politics is too much.

Bad work environment. HR policies are not good. Original documents kept by HR. Harassment by team and HR at the time of reliving as well as during working. Marketing department is worst. Manager is not supportive. Please check policies before joining. HR will not return Original documents even after leaving the company. HR will not follow his own commitment to employees. Not recommend to join even its last option to you. All department manager are fix will not change until they will retire. They are not supportive. Create bad work environment.
