Once you have permanent employment your job is secure. Recessions don't happen. Classes happen in shifts so you might be during the morning or in the evening depending on the shift.

Absolutely no work culture. No employee benefits except pf. You will have all other activities outside class hours so you ll practically be working from 9:00 to 7:00. If you have working under management shift then don't expect salary raise.

It's a very good environment surrounded with nature. The management is very concern and supportive. It focused on growth of the student and staff.

The management doesn't our issues. Salary is not up to level, career growth also not sufficient one.

Really its amazing. Here most of the students are from poor background. I help the students to communicate in a simple manner by different tasks. They enjoyed more and learnt which will be helpful for their life.
