Biased pay structure, internal promotion or IJPs are paid very low in comparison to external hires for the same role and responsibilities. No plans to standardize the pay structure for both internal and external hires.

Work Life Balance is for sure there. Work is relaxed. People who know their stuff in the organisation, know a lot. A lot of effort is being put to streamline Product roles within the organisation which just implies they are really focussing on Product roles.
