Very less promotion chances if you're SE or SSE Managers don't know what they are doing. tedious & boring work, always need to extend your work timings Need to be available on weekends also if you are on-call and that will consume weekends No Testing Team, No infra Team, The developer needs to do everything like 5-6 profile work. But in general, India's employees may not enjoy a perfect work life balance compared to the US

Do not join the Contact Center team, They will never promote you always your manager will downgrade you and this is the team where you will never receive appreciation.

I have been with Lowe's since 10 years and got opportunity to grow. Great work culture so far. Great team member. Work life balance is good and IC level.

Work life balance is not that good at leadership level. Expectations are high which makes it difficult to cutoff from work in post office hours.
