As in RPA team, nothing as its worse than any company I have ever worked in my career

Dislikes

No flexibility, No promotion, Politics, on spot termination because of politics. No extra hours payment. Micro management. Status in every 15 min. Unnecessary calls. No documentation. No standard procedure of anything. HR department is cheapest in the market. No income tax benefits. Payment is much less than CTC due to lots of deduction and no components in salary. Just Basic and HRA. IF YOU ARE GOING FOR RPA TEAM, THEN PLEASE DO NOT JOIN THIS COMPANY. YOUR LIFE WILL BE MORE THAN A HELL....Read More
