I have worked in both plant , Noida as well as Baddi al, Baddi is small plant and having huge capacity and managed well , stable management , controlled Manpower , well establish culture

Opposite in Noida Plant , Bad culture , Lack in Leadership skills , Worst management , 0 understanding about the product knowlege by Plant head and doing interfere in each department and harass them.. well utilization of his post .. Just change the Management will see new highs in comming future ..
