There is a lot of polices and the managment dosent address our issues .salary is also not good ...and career growth is very slow and worst polocies to resign lotus ...worst polices for incentive also

It’s good organisation in terms of emotional attachment and support. Seniors are always supportive in terms of personal and official level.

Dislikes

Working hours and leave policy are very poor. Very limited leaves and time after work.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
