Nothing it is fraud company of Some Mr Sanjay joshi , he is defaulter type bad person he had not given my dues of Rs 9000

They work as payrol company but they are totaly fraud there is some person Mr Sanjay Joshi who is fraud type person , initialy they had not given distributors payment and then they had not given my Rs 10000 amount to in F and F , i filed complaint against them in labour court but still not have any action and they are happy with their frauds

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
