The Society is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team. 11years I work with Lokmanya. and that was the great days. Management take care of their staff.

Dislikes

I started with Lokmanya, that time we love to work for grow the society. But time changes from last 2 years the work Pressure is very high. Every day marketing. No Holidays. I have to attend client calls in the evening and some times late into night. As well as we attend most of the function for marketing on holidays.

Generally speaking, my work is to manage all the branches which is under my position. I have to look after the entire branches day to day operations, marketing, & Multipurpose activities.

Totally harrasment for a fd,sip,lumsum and insurance business..if not complete your target than go to PIP llist.no bady support other employees and manager. Branch culture toxis presure work politics..do the multiple work load but salary was less then expectations..

Toxic work culture, rules which have for only new employees. No one supports new employees. Pune head office is just for name Belgam people are very dominating they don't let you do job. Senior managers are old but they don't have any knowledge to do a job it creates difficult speciation for young employees. 10lakhs FD target they have but HR will never tell anyone during the interview process.
