The company opened for production of automobile parts for domestic and international clients. Company also always ready to adopted new and innovative technolgy. There were good working environments, all of my teammates are helpful.My senior are helpful . A learned lot of thing about machine and production of produt .

we all team mate were working together and feeling well.our job trainer was very good they tought me everything they cleared our all doubt.there was no future growth.there was some poltics they give first priority to marathi they didnt behave good with employee of other state.

lokesh machine is a good company but they hired me as a production trainee duaration of that job was 6 month only so there was no future growth.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night.
