Top level people in management are very worst in communication. Salary structure and designation offering are not matched with market trend. If you will work so long , you will only disheartened in term of job security , salary, company top level persons behaviour, work life balance. 3 years back few things are still there but now everything works as dictatorship. Now just because of very slow career growth, hopeless company policies, worst wordings and working culture, people are very fast to left this organisation....Read More

I have send 6.5 years here and get myself involved as much I can in all sections whether it is vendor development, sourcing , price negotiation and procurement.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City, Travel Within Country.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
