Pathetic organization to work.

Politics and favouritism major in this organization. Managers do not respect there team members. All the credit of work is always taken by the managers showcasing the team members does not work at all. No encouragement to learn new things. If incase of issues and mistakes managers (having zero technical knowledge) always blame the juniors instead of taking the proper responsibilities and giving solutions. Also solutions to the technical issues is not important but managers are always more concerned about satisfying there egos. The managers who are supposed to manage an entire product does not have any knowledge about the product hence affecting the customer service....Read More

Everything here is unpleasant. Work culture is missing. Politics and favouritism in plenty. Management doesn't address our issues. Work Load is high. Salary is less as per work. There is bond of one year and having probationary period of 6 months, which they extends for no reason.
