Good work environment and culture. Teammates and team lead are supportive and so are the founders. Company policies are good, incentives and appraisals are fair. A fun and healthy work environment.

Dislikes

I did not find anything which I disliked here tbh.

Work Details

The job is very interesting. They will train you for the first one or two weeks depending upon how you perform. Also the teammates are real fun. As you get to work with the founders, you get to learn a lot.

The content was very interesting I enjoyed my work a lot The logic part in the math classes was fun and kids enjoyed a lot

They say a salary package when joining but after joining they give very less pay which cannot be considered as salary. More like a pocket money. They just reduce the assignment of classes without informing. They have very less students and just divide them among 25 teachers.

They treat us like humans. Give breaks time to time. There's peace of mind.
