I think the space is not enough to write dislikes about Lodhia group. Typical local General Shop mentality with no vision and policies. You will never ever get increment even after 2-3 years no matter how good you are. No technical knowledge is possessed by any member of the management and having no commitment to whatever they promised. They will never give you the 20% NSSF and time to time you get Dhamki to throw out of the premises. Many has been thrown. They are not human being. I wrote this review should be enough to understand that you should not go. But if you really want to experience you can go but there is no return route legally available. You need to abscond yourself and definitely it will have negative impact on CV. I personally recommend not to accept any offer....Read More
