This is my worst experience working with Lodha. Work is the only thing they are bothered. They are not at all bother about the people. No cafeteria, no insurance, no transportation, no team outing, no recreation, no job training, no team outing. Worst work culture, no job security, horrible management and company polices are also of no help for the employees
