Partners doesn't know how to built relationship with employees. They will stop picking the phone when employee is on notice period. Will not provide the appointment letter as well Relieving letter. After investing our precious time they just treat the employee as an agreement. Never seen this type of mess in my life just like so called Lodha.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
