Lodha & Co. Kolkata has 4 teams - 3 for Stat and 1 for Internal Audit. Out of the three one particular team in which i was allotted had extremely Toxic, Aggressive & Disrespectful managers including a female manager who's mood swings & ego is out of this world. Working under that team felt like Hell/jail/any other horrible place with horrible people. The only good people are the other articles. Do Not Join Lodha & Co. Kolkata. Run for your life and complete your articleship with peace. It's the most depressing place to exist in this world....Read More

Switch to HCL or Stay in CTS?

I'm presently working with Cognizant at a package of 5.08 LPA remotely with almost 4 yrs of experience in Service Desk.Recently I've received an offer from HCL as a Senior Analyst at a package of 7.2 LPA in Service desk domain but it would be 5 days work from office . I feel that the package is a bit low in HCL as I would be working from the office all days of the week.And also I might be due for promotion in Cognizant in March 2025 which might raise my package to 7 LPA There's also a 12 month service-bond agreement with HCL Kindly advice on what I'm supposed to do Thank You
