Remuneration is a big aspect which sets employees of Lodestar UM at much less than what they deserve. Company policies are strange in terms of finances and appraisals. The HR has zero contribution towards introducing any tangible growth opportunities for the employees. Apart from very senior management, people in the middle are given no grooming on how to emerge as leaders or have any enrolment in leadership programs. It's a great place to acquire knowledge though, provided the employee puts in 80% of their efforts in their own grooming. Work Details

I've been lucky enough to be directly working with the top management. My growth in terms of knowledge and confidence spurted because of the guidance I got. Although I don't have a work life balance, my work satisfies me. It's hectic but fun.
