1. Best thing is walking the path of the visionary leader, Mr. Uttam Majumdar and a couple of other highly sensible Leaders from the Management team. 2. Salaries were paid more or less on time, despite the pandemic situation.

1. Work-life balance is least bothered. 2. Lack of empathy and respect towards the fellow colleagues from another department (or same department at times). Essentially poor work culture. 3. Poor support system from the HR team. 4. Poor compensation mechanisms. 5. Policies employed are less or employee friendly and more of employer friendly ones. 6. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
