I've been with Locobuzz for almost 6 months now, and it's been a great experience. One of the things I really appreciate is the open door policy - you can walk into the CEO's cabin anytime if you want to talk about anything, which adds a personal touch and makes the workplace feel more approachable. The management is super supportive, always offering guidance when needed. The office is very relaxed but productive, we can play foosball in the office which is great. There are regular football and cricket matches and events like kite making and food stalls are happening. Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
