No liking as such, you will get to meet people of your age and make good network. Also, I was lucky enough to get a supportive manager who made these few months easier for me to survive.

The management never values your talent, skill and hard work. You will be underpaid and you wont receive work of your profile if belong to the legal fraternity. Also, employees here would show unnecessary seniority even if they aren't of your department. The management is not concernedabout the people around and the partners interfere in every minor decisions that should be taken on the department level. The Company is quite employee friendly. Apart from the global clientele and multi functions that the company deals with, every employee is treated equally. The management is polite and understanding and extends WFH and lateral working options to its employees. They provide a proper work life balance if you ask me, for ex- I was facing some pressing situations in my personal life, so the management offered me a month of Work From Home, i was able to settle my home front and at the same time carried out my duties as well, and this is just a few options. Very limited career growth. Limit your profile to NGO audits only. So its become difficult to move on if u stay there for long (around more than a year). Self centric approach.
