Its more looks like small time placement agency where people does not even know the corporate culture and how to behave at work place. HR department is managed by a non experience girl and doesn't seems to be capable to manage the HR activities as most of the employees are at same age and whole culture here is a collage cafeteria. nobody will question you on your failure or any misconduct as everybody on the same page. dont join this company if you are serious about your future goals. after spending these many month i decided to quit because of the culture here LOBO...Read More
