- Managers are stupid. They lack empathy. They micromanage and have no idea about the project. They pinpoint faults even when they are completely baseless.

Management operates with a monopoly mindset, believing they provide good compensation and facilities. However, many other organizations offer much better. It takes a long time to get into work, and there is very minimal respect for employees. The line manager is also quite intimidating, making it not a very people-friendly organization. U end up working over time without any pay. Multiple people will be there to ask your task status but no one will help u if u stuck in any task. there is no proper HR structure and systems. All the paper work, getting offer letters feels like government office efficiency. It took me 2 months to get offer letter and then another 1.5 month for joining
