Very good work life balance. This company is better for Mid Age Employees rather than freshers. The timings are strict and there are very few occasions where one has to await.

Best organization for fresher's who are looking for career startup and I love the fact that i was a part of a team that markets reliable, high products installations and has a very good reputation in Insulation Field all over the India. This company will also brings out best in you and gives you the best opportunities for career growth in abroad.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
