Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Some time more staff requires but management failed to deploy then work load increase very high. Coordination with managers do not have proper value an individual strength. Do not get proper appreciation from management although putting best effort for clients satisfaction. Looking the job salary provides less.

Power plant, power station, cement plant, chemical plant involved in insulation, roof sheeting and wall cladding work.
