I join this company In this Pandamic but i worked only two months after that they give work from home option & i missed office culture here . But my teammates are very supportive and they give very good training. I learn the process very effictively and the management is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Job security - Good
Company culture - Good

Dislikes

Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting. I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything in the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me ge get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work related travel: This job involves International Travel.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
