1. Company outlook towards Employee is not good. 2. Company doesn't understand Employee demands and requirements on personal basis, everything is dependent on Manager to give feedback. 3. Old employees are treated badly as company does not want to give appraisal to old employees. 4. Only work culture, no breaks for fun activities, no team outings, just work and work. 5. No personal space for employees as Someone like a project manager cannot take holidays, and even if you have taken one you have to answer each and every call and reply on every WhatsApp group message. What's the use of like this holiday. 6. Totally target based company and manager can do anything in month end time to achieve his targets. I mean literally anything even its not possible he will tell client to give handover before work complition. 7. No involvement of Designer after 50 % stage who was the sole point of contact for past 2 months with client, even for designer mistakes Project Manager is responsible, that is wrong. 8. No job security & terrible work life balance. You can find yourself always loaded with pressure which can affect you mentally and physically as well. You always need to carry your system along to either provide some date or fill google forms for every small thing.
