Company policy and top management is great

Dislikes

Growth is very slow and at the same compensation parity is not there. Lot of politics involved because of one person from Presale team. He is heading the function. He should learn to respect and praise the heart and soul of people working for him

Work life balance is okay in all other department except in Presale function of the company. Only person responsible is head of the family
