One designer is handling 8 to 10 projects at a time without any help from any draftsman or any junior person. We are overloaded with work and the pressure is high being a target oriented company, Irrespective of the size of the project, we are expected to complete the project in the same time as all other projects along with all other projects in the pipeline.Another thing, being Designers, we are creative people and our skills should only be used to create good designs to stand out as a company. Most of our bandwidth is choked up in making the detail drawings of our already created designs which can be done by a normal draftsman as well for us to be more productive with our forte. Salary paid is very less with respect to the amount of work that we do. Frankly speaking , looking at my salary package, it wont be able to take care of even two people in my family let alone to run the household....Read More

I work as an Interior Designer here, and I enjoy my job as it involves interacting with the clients from various backgrounds coming up to me with different requirements with hope in their eyes to make their dream house. I strive to make my clients happy.
