Joined recruitment deptt of this firm (THE WIFT). Within 2 months they laid me and colleagues off. This company has no renowned clients (all start up clients). You will have to struggle to get closure from these clients. They don't have any roles to work upon. Everyday u will be allocated same role. Eventually the WIFT what they did. To save cost and to save their loss making business, they laid off all new joiners without any reason. Played game with the career of employees, spoil their 3-5 months. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
