Terrible work culture over here! Employees do not get proper travel facilities for companies site visit. HR policies are horrible. They won’t provide full relocation amount after joining they’ll say we provide only 70% of relocation amount. Medical insurance for family not available. Family floater plan not available. For spouse and kid you have pay extra amount. Medical insurance for parents does not exist in liugong. Proper work system not available. Plant is very very very dirty, no cleanliness maintained anywhere in company premises. People smoke cigarettes in office premises! Terrible work culture every thing is on hard copy. No proper SCM & finance system....Read More
