Fraud company first they hire from our college and promise us a salary of rs15000 but when we went to site the hr told that your salary will be 8500 and work culture is totally different and worst not expected what they promised with their sugar coated words and don't worry about job security after a month you will leave automatically by yourself.. and yes! Don't fall in those hr trap

1. Worst management have ever seen. 2. Its October end 2024, no appraisal clarification. 3. Zero work satisfaction, Zero process oriented culture. 70% of staff is Graduate Engineer Trainees (Fresher's). 4. Zero benefits to employees, even not have proper space for sitting in workplace. 5. No grades for salary & position Sr. Engineer is earning 9 LPA. Another Sr. Engineer is earning 4.5 LPA. 6. You can only get genuine hike after resignation during retention. 7.
