Good work culture and the freedom. It is easy to get in touch with the people at the top and everyone is friendly. There is also a gaming area and a library for chilling.

It is hard to change projects especially if you get stuck in a support role.

Work Details

There was a 6 month long training period as I had no previous job experience and got assigned to project after 4 months of training. I learn a lot more when i got assigned to a project. The team is so great and cooperative.
