Lionbridge is good brand to work but depend on Manger to whom you are working. or Manager will fallow his own policies in project. No proper pick up drop facility if you are working in 24/7

No policies. HR head is just to send blog post. I have never seen HR getting involved with employees. If they do, it is only for a photograph. You need to work for 12 months but appraisal amount is only for 9 months past 2 years. The excuses are vague. No confirmation or any dot reason from the country head.

Good overall culture if you are interested in working. Good work gets recognised and rewarded also.

Shortage of experts. Constant changes happening in work process. Many team members who are working on floor are not well trained. If you are doing good, you'll be overloaded just because others are not able to perform.
