The poor structure of the firm, the lack of trust among Partners as well as between the Partners and Associates. The practice of overworking and exploiting resources. The only thing here is that the partner with whom Im working with, is a nice person to work with. Never pressurizes you, understands the bandwidth.

Dislikes

The compensation is low as compared with the peer firms. Apart from that you have to work with many partners simultaneous due to which many a time you cannot give your best.

Its hectic and I miss the mentor-ship. Though my partner is good but to learn and grow you need to work with a person, who doesn't really get satisfied with what he is doing from last so many years.
