1. APAC Shift. Company pickup transport starts at midnight 3:30 AM. Mostly night shift here. 2. Promotions at TL level and above is not transparent. 3. No promotion chances, even if you have got exceeds expectations rating. 4. IJP opportunities are minimum. 5. There is no growth in terms of salary and knowledge improvement. The process which is there it rarely found anywhere else. It is better first know the company product then decide whether you really want to stay there or not without wasting time.
