Lot of big big conversations during interview which soon vanishes. They will start criticizing other colleges and universities and surprisingly after 1 month you will find, they are implying all those themselves. Tremendous job insecurities. Higher level officials get changed like a blink of eye. MoU signings, lots of board meetings..... everything are eyewash and illogical, ridiculous, just show offs.
