There's no career growth, unsupervised and unsupported management. Management use to put irrelevant allegations in order to Chuck out staff..too much of financial crunch... Salaries are not paid on time... 4-5 months salary pendency is normal...No funds to raise the quality standards...

I worked hard to bring the institution to desired standards. Retaining staff and teachers was too difficult due to non payment of salaries.

Over All. It's quite nice. Learn many thinks from the organization & Senior Manager. Much Satisfactory working environment, as the senior people always give motivation & strength.
