Nothing to say good about company

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 3 month before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Don't join to this company special Bangalore site

Work Details

The job is not interesting. I struggle a bit in the beginning as that struggle continue 3 months. Finally nothing to say good work culture in linfox Logistics. If any any join to linfox in transport team then they spoil their career
