To be honest nothing, Please do not join if you want peace of mind and a good work culture. - You need to be ready to stretch over weekends and also on an everyday basis - There is no guarantee that you will get the bonus component mentioned on your payslip - There won't be any hikes or appraisals - You will have to deliver under tight deadlines or else take the blame from the so-called leadership members including CEO - There won't be any appreciation for the work you do, even if you do great all you will get to hear is that it is part of your job, nothing exceptional and may not need any recognition for the work that you do...Read More

The worse culture ever!! All the higher-management starting from CEO to CTO are all psychopaths!! You'll regret joining this company every single day. No respect for engineers whatsoever, in fact engineers are treated like labours and get picked up by every single cross-functional team. Extreme micro-management by CTO and CEO. They won't let you sit idle for even a single second. They will make you work every single weekend and late night and if you don't show up, they'll make you their next target. New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
