To be honest as a part of the team I am not happy to work over here due to bad HR policies & Improper management practices.Salary scale is not up to the mark for freshers (0-5). The job profile is not so good as you expect. No scopes to learn. Above all, they are hiring MBA-person for pick up dirty garments from party places. NoticePeriod is 3 months from the date of resignation for on roll employees. No company will be waiting for 3 months to hire you where there is no bond only agreement is concerned in Lindstrom.
