I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?

They are not supporting during the COVID-19 lockdown. I come in everyday putting my life and my family life in Jeopardy. All other companies are giving there employees COVID-19 pay. Linde has yet to offer anything extra!!!
