There are some employees who hacked the department and continously harassed there co-workers as mentaly, Most of employees are working here on contracts basis and working here from a long time like as 10-15 years but he don't have any opportunity to be a part of these company on there payroll , they have no any opportunity to grow his career specially in distribution.
