Good company for learning new technologies.Hike is around 6-8%. 17% yearly variable but will get all in March.

Dislikes

After merger with American company Praxair, now they want to spend much on IT and had layoffs many employees from Germany. No option to change the project if you have any problem with team or manager.No onsite opportunities. Full of politics.Flat hierarchy,roles are very limited like Specialist and Senior specialist only, sometimes to retain the best employees they offered team lead but don't think beyond that....Read More
