Fixed office time. looks stable for Job security.

Yearly appraisal pre-decided, means manager select some of team member who are getting all the butter, rest of others not get anything. Senior management not interested to drill down the actual issue. Most are not happy and the result reflect in yearly employee review. So in nutshell too much politics.

Linde is extremely employee friendly. Super work life balance. Niche technologies used, enormous scope of learning. Extremely high ethics and a company known for its rich culture with 130 years of experience. World No. 1 Gases and Engineering company .

Good company for learning new technologies.Hike is around 6-8%. 17% yearly variable but will get all in March.

Dislikes

After merger with American company Praxair, now they want to spend much on IT and had layoffs many employees from Germany. No option to change the project if you have any problem with team or manager.No onsite opportunities. Full of politics.Flat hierarchy,roles are very limited like Specialist and Senior specialist only, sometimes to retain the best employees they offered team lead but don't think beyond that.

It’s very good company. I like very much. But only problem with internal politics and not encouraging non Bengalis

Only issue with internal politics and Bengali and non Bengali culture apart from above issue this company is very good for skilled technology people
