One of the worst company. No ethics & value of employees. Typical Lala company. Some old uncle sitting just to check what employees are doing. No work-life. Sales meeting no aggreement of food. Who offer 2 rs roti & bujia in ho sales meeting. One of the worst company. Don't join this company if you have option. Half salary in the covid period without giving information. Worst management.

Department heads are highly insecure and often engage in a blame game, pointing fingers at other departments instead of collaborating. Top management seems indifferent, turning a blind eye to the issues. Numerous consultants are involved in the business, adding little and merely inflating company’s expense. Management lacks trust inits own employees, giving more weight to consultants opinions over internal expertise. I think performance management is a very crucial thing for a hr and L1 managers to evaluate any employee’s performance. But sorry to say HR don’t have any knowledge of it, HR just a puppet of HODs. During hiring time they don’t have any plan why they are hiring and what will be the future of that candidate they just hire and then transfer him/her to several departments without any planning. A very poor & toxic work environment. HR manager is not aware of an employees KRA and randomly asks an employee to switch department. You will be hired for one job profile and end up working for other department. Appraisal chances are almost non happening & employees are asked do extensive travel.

MD Sir on multiple occasions, supported the medical treatment personally for numerous employees across all the branches for month after month.
