I LOVE THE CONSTANT SUPPORT AND HELP GIVEN TO ME DURING THIS PANDEMIC, SPECIALLY THE TECHNICAL UPGRDATION, WHICH IS KEEPING US AT PAR AND GRACEFULLY HELPING ME TO FACE ALL CHALLENGES BE IT PERSONAL OR AT PROFESSIONAL LEVEL.

TILL DATE I HAVE ALWAYS LOVED WORKING AT PODAR AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO, AS IT HAS ONLY HELPED ME EVOLVE AS AN INDIVIDUAL PERSONALLY AS WELL AS PROFESSIONALLY. ONLY THING DISHERATENING AND DEMOTIVATING IS THE 30% SALARY DEDUCTION AFTER PUTTING IN SO MUCH OF EFFORT DAY IN AND OUT.

Work Details

I WORK AS AN HOD OF ECONOMICS AND ALSO TEACH COMMERCIAL APPLICATION AND COMMERCIAL STUDIES , AS ALL THREE SUBJECTS ARE INTERSTING, THEY MAKE THE TEACHING LEARNING PROCESS VERY INTERACTIVE.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

They have already set their mind that their old teacher is best.So they don't allow you to teach according to your methods. In other school may be you are best but here you will be considered as newcomer no matter how experienced you are. NO growth, no job satisfaction. May be for others it is the best place but for me the worst plac e<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. If you want to join this School first take appointment letter and discuss about your salary otherwise they will give you anything and tell you tata bye bye</mark>.
