Work environment is Good, better than typical govt organisation. No bribery, fair and transparent organisation. No problem of transfer and posting.

Dislikes

Very slow process of working, not adaptable to change as per current scenario as rapidly as private sector is changing.

In LIC i am working as development officer so i had very healthy field experience. Also there is an honour to work with such respected organisation. People see you from the eye of respect.

My role in company sales agent and i work in commission base. It is good life insurance company. His team member good corporate with us junior and senior. I am interested in farma medicine sales worker role in my home district (jhunjhunu, sikar, churu) as a field worker book the order I have basic knowledge hindi and English write and learn.

Dislikes

I am don't dislike lic but not many scope in insurance because many people don't understand different between insurance and money policies..

LIC OF INDIA IS INDIA'S LARGEST PSU. ENJOYED THE SERVICING PERIOD WITH THE ORGANISATION. TEAM-MATES AND EMPLOYEES ARE VERY COOPERATIVE. SALARY IS GOOD IN THE INDUSTRY. OFFICE ATMOSPHERE IS VERY FRIENDLY.

In respect to dislike about working with LIC OF INDIA IS it's service rule for DEVELOPMENT OFFICERS.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years.
