Not so much aggressive in agency channel, should be more aggressive like icici Lombard, tata aig & hdfc egro, so that in rural market like how kangra people will more aware about our claim service and about liberty GIC.

It not advisable to join this company. HR will never receive your call or will never reply. HR is not for employees they are commanded by management. Political environment. Partiality culture. If you are spending money for your manager then you are favourite. On work no senior will support yes always there for tourcher. If they have your requirement they will be a quiet then you are a Dog for them. On my last working day my reporting managers went on a leave. And DVP is not ready to take handover. Always telling lies, they have assured me, work like normal don't think you are on notice period, we are will handle after you, you will also get conveyance for these months.
